A 22-year-old BTech graduate from Hyderabad was arrested for allegedly hacking into a person's social media account.

Mohammed Muneer Ahmed, who resides at HB colony in Moula Ali opened a fake Facebook account with the name Melin Sophia and messaged to the victim pretending to be a woman.

He then sent a phishing link to the victim who opened it and gave access to the accused to look into his profile. Ahmed gathered details of the Facebook account of the victim and then got access to his bank details.

Based on the complaint of the victim, the Rachakonda Cyber Crime police caught hold of the accused.
